AS888 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

To create an account on AS888 and use any service on the platform — Sports Betting, poker, Live Casino, slots, or any other available product — the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process;
• Not be an employee, partner, representative, or immediate family member of an AS888 staff member;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

AS888 uses identity verification mechanisms (KYC — Know Your Customer) in compliance with Brazilian regulations. The platform may request identification documents at any time, including a copy of your RG or CNH, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in withdrawal operations being suspended until the matter is resolved.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their AS888 account credentials confidential, including email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported immediately to AS888 support via the live chat available 24 hours a day.

AS888 will never ask for your account password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a scam attempt. If you suspect anything, block access through the account security section and contact support.

• Use strong passwords of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings;
• Do not access your account on public devices or open Wi-Fi networks without a VPN;
• Keep your contact details (phone number, email) up to date whenever they change, so account recovery continues to work.

AS888 monitors account access and may temporarily block an account if suspicious activity is detected — such as logins from unusual IP addresses or multiple failed login attempts. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and mobile to verify their identity and restore access.

AS888 operates exclusively with payment methods available in Brazil. All transactions are processed in BRL. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Withdrawals at AS888 are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. The standard processing time is up to 10 minutes. In cases requiring additional security verification — such as high-value withdrawals or recently registered accounts — processing may take up to 24 business hours.

Bets placed on AS888 are binding and final once confirmed in the system. Users must review all details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming any bet. AS888 is not responsible for bets placed by mistake after confirmation.

Pre-match betting: bets placed before an event begins are processed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect bets that have already been placed. If an event is cancelled or suspended before it starts, the bet is voided and the amount returned to the user's balance.

Live betting: live bets are subject to market availability during the event. AS888 may suspend live markets at any time for technical reasons, sporting integrity concerns, or at the trading team's discretion. Bets already confirmed on live markets are honored according to the final result of the market wagered on.

Cash out: the early cash out feature is available for most major markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on the current market odds. AS888 may suspend or disable cash out at any time without prior notice, particularly near the close of an event or in situations involving elevated technical risk.

AS888 reserves the right to cancel or revise bets in the following cases:

• Obvious odds error (odds clearly outside market standards due to a technical fault);
• Use of insider information or suspected match manipulation;
• Bet placed after an event has started due to a system failure in the acceptance cutoff;
• Bets placed in coordination with other users to exploit promotions.

In all bet cancellation cases, the wagered amount is returned in full to the user's balance. AS888 notifies the user by email and in the bet history section whenever a bet is cancelled or revised.

AS888 offers a range of promotions for new and active users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, poker freerolls, free bets, and seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the promotions page — always read the individual terms before participating.

Rollover (wagering requirement): most deposit bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal. The standard AS888 welcome bonus rollover is 5x the bonus amount. Bets placed at odds below 1.20 do not count toward completing the rollover. The standard validity period is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated.

General bonus eligibility rules:

• Each user is entitled to participate in each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• Users who identify and exploit configuration errors in promotions will have their winnings voided;
• AS888 may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible;
• Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in each campaign's terms.

AS888 believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. The platform makes responsible gambling tools available to all users — no exceptions, no extra cost, and no red tape to access them.

Tools available on the platform:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Limit reductions apply instantly; limit increases go through a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session time limits: set the maximum time you can spend on the platform per session. Once the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically;
• Temporary break: lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click. During the break, deposits and bets are not permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account deletion through support. Once confirmed, the self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period of 6 months.

AS888 does not accept deposits from users who are under a self-exclusion period. If you notice that a self-excluded user has been able to access the platform due to a technical error, contact support immediately. Responsible gambling is not just a section of the site — it is a core operational commitment of AS888.

The AS888 platform must be used honestly, individually, and in accordance with the rules set out here. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of claiming a welcome bonus more than once or circumventing any restriction placed on the main account;
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Collusion in poker games or any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in tournaments or cash games;
• Combined bets across different accounts with the aim of guaranteeing a positive outcome across all accounts simultaneously (artificial hedging);
• Use of insider information non-public information to place bets on any sport — football, MMA, basketball, e-sports, or any other;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for purposes that violate Brazilian law, including Law No. 9,613/1998 and its amendments;
• Use of VPN or proxies to access the platform from unauthorized locations or to conceal the user's true identity;
• Fraud attempts in chargebacks on credit or debit card transactions after using the platform's services.

Any identified prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, balance retention pending investigation, and, depending on the severity, referral to the relevant authorities. AS888 cooperates fully with official investigations by Brazilian authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time through AS888 support, available 24 hours a day in Portuguese. To close the account, any available balance must be withdrawn via Pix beforehand. Accounts with an active balance will be closed after all available funds have been fully withdrawn.

AS888 may unilaterally close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward the AS888 support team;
• Request by a competent judicial or administrative authority.

When account closure is initiated by AS888 due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be held during the investigation period. If the investigation finds no violation, the balance is released for withdrawal. Accounts closed for serious violations will not be reactivated.

AS888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date the updated version is published on the site, with at least 7 days' prior notice for material changes that may significantly impact users' rights.

Users are notified of material changes by email and through an in-platform notice upon login. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

Previous versions of the Terms and Conditions are available upon request from AS888 support. The current version is always the only one with legal validity for resolving disputes between AS888 and its users.

Jurisdiction and applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved preferably through direct conciliation with AS888 support. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive venue for any controversies arising from this agreement.
